Are medical-grade skin care products really better for my skin?
The medical-grade skin care products available in our Medspa offer higher concentrations and improved delivery methods of active ingredients than products sold over the counter. Therefore, they are usually more effective. Most over-the-counter products are not able to penetrate the skin’s surface and have very brief, superficial effects. Medical skin care works deeply in the skin at the cellular level to encourage efficient skin functioning and promote healthy cells. Mineral Makeup
We only use the finest quality mineral-based and therapeutic makeup that looks great on all skin types and accounts for most sensitivities. The majority of generic over-the-counter cosmetics are made up of a “cocktail” of petroleum-based by-products and synthetic chemicals that can be damaging to your skin. Alternatively, the natural mineral makeup we use, by jane iredale®, is made without harsh chemicals or additives that may irritate your skin. Mineral makeup also allows your skin to breathe; it will not clog your pores and cause further breakouts.
